Broadband Internet Access is a high-speed service with pricing based on the line speed and other options that you choose.  The speed is based in Kilobits (K) transmitted per second.  We match the upstream and downstream transfer rates, so a 256K line gives 256K upstream and 256K downstream simultaneously.  Choose from bundled services or individually priced a-la-a carte items.

BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS INSTALLATION

There is a one-time installation fee of $27.50.
Depending on the age of your computer and software, a NETWORK or ETHERNET card may be required.  Monroe Telephone Company has ETHERNET cards for $29.95.

While we design and configure our system to provide the desired speed we cannot guarantee the speed of connection to the Internet due to conditions beyond the control of Monroe Telephone Company.
